Scott has over 20 years of experience in enterprise information technology and telecommunications in contact center and technology solutions environments. His core practice areas include: Infrastructure and Cloud Services, IT Operations, Contact Center Technology and Unified Communications, Information Security, along with Enterprise Reporting and Analytics Services. Prior to joining Convey, Mr. Tracey served as Vice President of Telecommunications and Information Technology at Alorica (BPO) as well as a Converged Solutions Expert at Avaya, and Sr. Technology leader for AXA Financial and The MONY Group.

Scott provides leadership for the continued development of a highly available, innovative, robust, and secure information technology environment and service offerings. Focusing on process engineering, Scott not only provides clients with the best-of-breed technology solutions, but seeks cost-efficient and effective IT delivery solutions both internally and for our clients. He has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Maine, is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), and is a member of South Florida Technology Council.
